Speech Therapist for Children with Autism & Developmental Delays

– Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

– Valid certification and license to practice speech therapy (e.g., RCI in India).

– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with special needs, particularly Autism and developmental delays.

– Strong understanding of language development, articulation, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) techniques.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Behavior Therapist / ABA Therapist for Children with Autism & Developmental Delays

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (BCaBA or BCBA certification preferred).

– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with Autism and developmental delays, ideally in an ABA or behavior therapy role.

– Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior modification techniques.

– Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

– Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Occupational Therapist:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

– Valid certification and license to practice occupational therapy.

– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with Autism, developmental delays, or similar needs.

– Strong knowledge of sensory integration techniques and motor development strategies.

– Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.

– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.

Special Educator:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.

– Certification in working with children with Autism or developmental delays is preferred.

– Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with special needs, particularly Autism and developmental delays.

– Strong understanding of IEPs and behavior modification strategies (ABA knowledge is a plus).

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

– Patience, compassion, and dedication to working with children who require specialized care and teaching methods.
